OUR GOALS

Academic
To support the academic endeavors of first generation female students at the University of Kentucky, Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and Transylvania University, all accredited institutions of higher learning in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky.

Financial
Financial support will range from immediate needs, such as books, computer/materials, study abroad, and internships, to additional academic scholarship monies.

Future
First Generation board members, who are representatives from these institutions of higher learning, will develop criteria for selection and choose recipients in collaboartion from recommendations from first generation personnel at the University of Kentucky, Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and Transylvania University.
