The organization was founded to advance the mission statement of empowering first generation women to further their college education through financial assistance. Our 501(C)(3) nonprofit also seeks to prepare first generation females for post-graduation careers by offering professional mentoring. Our belief in the power of each individual to achieve their dreams and experience life success reflects the long term goal of education as the pathway to career success.
